Problem
To generate a UI system that will be used to generate general marketing and social media collateral to advertise the company. A unified design theory that can match up with the companies social media posting schedule and branding.
Solution
A system of templates that can be used to convey the different messages aligned with the company marketing strategy for existing and new business customers.
Design Process
In this project for Green Rebates I always had the brand guidelines and color template at top of mind. Their color template consists of two primary colors, with accent colors of black and white.
The Green Rebates team provided me with an assortment of logo lock ups and I narrowed that down to two logo lock ups that I determined best for social media use.
Overall, I wanted to be playful in my layout and use their logo as an integrated element in the template designs. This combined with varied typography drove my design style on this project.
About us Template
The about us template I’ve created is used to provide general company information to Green Rebates’ client base.
The design consists of a header and paragraph text with a strong hierarchy so the reader can easily understand the main company messaging.
Key Differentiators Template
The key differentiators template concise language designed to be engaging using typography that stands out to the intended audience.
Testimonials Template
I used iconography and offset framing to deliver a bold and fresh design for the Green Rebates testimonial section. My focus was on the use of color and blocking to increase the visibility of sizable text segments.
Festivities Template
For festivities and holidays my style is to provide vibrant and minimalist designs that are playful and positive. I often play with typography in these type of shortened templates.
Data Template
Numbers and metrics are of high importance to the Green Rebates marketing team and leadership. I delivered a number of variations on templates that highlighted metrics and key customer proof points that would stand out in their social media posts.
